We run our own nights, and we host other people's. Supper clubs, tastings, launches, workshops, a long dinner someone's been planning for months.

We’re open to collaborations, if you've got an idea and need somewhere to put it, tell us what it is.

ODD BOTTLES

Every wine list accumulates strays. Single bottles left from a case, vintages we won't get again, things ordered on a whim that never found a place on the list.

For one week they're all out on the shelf and priced to clear — by the bottle or by the glass where it makes sense. No theme, no tasting notes, no ceremony. Some of it is very good. That's rather the point.

Once they're gone, they're gone.

GENTLE BOOKS: SECONDHAND BOOK SALE

Gentle Books bring their monthly secondhand sale to FALCO.

English-language fiction and non-fiction, priced kindly — paperbacks $50, hardcovers $80.

Browse with a coffee in the morning or a glass in the afternoon; nobody minds how long you take. 20% of book sales go to charity.

NEW MENU LAUNCH PARTY

The new menu lands, and we're feeding the room to prove it.

Everything on the new list comes out on trays through the evening — new dishes, a few old ones that survived the cut, and whatever the kitchen decides to send out on the night. Buy a drink and we'll keep bringing food until it runs out.

Standing room, no bookings. Come early if you want a spot at the bar.
